Document Request


Document fees are not always applicable. Contact us before paying.

Due to administrative time and expense of fulfilling document requests, Gibraltar must charge a fee for these items. We make every effort to keep the fees reasonable and stress that unit owners should make every attempt to secure items on their own.

All fees are paid via PayPal, which also allows for standard credit card payments if you do not have PayPal account.

Note: We will only send association information to the owner of record.


Pre-approved and authorized requested payments can be made here.  Click the "Pay Now" button to the right and enter the amount in the "item" box on the left of the PayPal page. Then click "Update" underneath "quantity" and proceed making the payment with a credit card or a PayPal account.


6D certificate for refinance or sale. We must send an original, and need a minimum of 5 working days notice. $50.00.  Mailing address needed.


Condominium Documents. Our office copy is not guaranteed to be complete. An Attorney or Title Examiner can obtain a complete set.: $20.00 Condominium Document email address needed.
